Every week you will have access to one live online Handstand Vinyasa Yoga class.
Receive real-time adjustments, ask questions and learn how to include arm balances and inversions in your yoga practice.
In other words, put everything you learned in the online course into practice safely and have fun while you get stronger, more flexible and more aware.
Every day, you can submit your best attempts to receive personalized feedback.
Send your video, describe your experience (what you tried to do and how you felt) and ask any questions you have to evolve in your practice more efficiently.

I always thought that with my genetics of big legs and big butt, it wouldn't be possible to hold a handstand. Today, I'm moving my legs and holding up to 30 seconds with my legs together. It has been 3 months of dedication, fun and a lot of learning and this is just the beginning of my journey with Arthur!"
